Scope
These terms govern VividForge AI, provided by fonovapplab. They apply specifically to this app and its generation service, including where they differ from the general fonovapplab terms.
Using the app and your creations
You may use the app to create, edit, save, and share media, including for commercial projects where you have the required rights and the selected model’s terms permit that use. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. We do not claim ownership of your inputs merely because you submit them. You authorize us and our processing providers to handle them as needed to provide the requested service. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyrightable, owned exclusively by you, or free from third-party rights. Review output and applicable model restrictions before publishing or commercial use.
Your responsibility
Only upload content you are entitled to use. Obtain permission for another person’s face, voice, or likeness when required. Do not create unlawful, abusive, non-consensual intimate, deceptive impersonation, or otherwise rights-infringing content. Do not bypass safety controls or interfere with the service. Processing is also subject to applicable model restrictions and fal’s acceptable use policy.
Subscriptions and credits
Apple processes in-app payments. The purchase screen shows the current local price, billing period, included credits, and any introductory offer. An introductory price applies only for its displayed period and eligible users; renewal uses the displayed regular price. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled through Apple. Subscription credit allowances and one-time credit packs are distinct; review their terms in the purchase screen. A subscription or credit balance does not guarantee every model will always be available. The generation screen shows the credit cost for the selected request.
Cancellations and refunds
Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. App deletion does not cancel billing. Apple handles purchase refund requests through Report a Problem. Contact support about missing credits or a failed creation. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
AI results and availability
Results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. Review them before use. Generation time and model availability may change, and requests may fail. This service is not a permanent media backup: export results you want to keep before the server retention window expires. Where law permits, the service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result.
App rights and contact
The app software, branding, and supplied interface assets belong to fonovapplab or their licensors. Your ability to create media does not grant rights to redistribute the app or its supplied assets.
