Support for VividForge AI, an iPhone app for cloud-powered video and image creation.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
Setup Help
- Choose Video or Images, then select a creation tool.
- Review the AI processing notice and choose whether to share your selected inputs with our backend and fal.ai.
- Choose a supported model, add your prompt or media, and review the credit cost before generating.
- Save completed creations to Photos or Files before temporary server copies expire.
Troubleshooting
- If a generation is delayed, reopen its project before submitting another request.
- Model availability depends on service capacity. Existing credits remain visible when generation is temporarily unavailable.
- Use Settings to restore supported purchases, manage subscriptions, withdraw AI processing permission, or delete your account.
Privacy and Legal
Cloud generation processes your selected media and prompts using our backend and fal.ai. Server media is temporary; account and payment records have separate retention rules. See the app-specific Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
