Money Printer Turbo Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Money Printer Turbo (internal identifier com.fonov.adforge.app, App Store ID 6804072257) provided by fonovapplab ("we", "us", "our") for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. By downloading or using Money Printer Turbo, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Service Overview & Watermark-Free Exports

Money Printer Turbo helps creators generate short-form vertical 9:16 MP4 videos (10–60 seconds, up to 4 variants per run; up to 2 on low-memory devices) combining AI-generated scripts, voiceovers, dynamic captions, background music, and HD stock footage or user-imported clips. No watermark is added to exported videos on either the Free or Pro tier.

3. Free Generations, Daily Streak & Money Printer Turbo Pro

• Free Tier & 5-Day Reward Streak: Free users start with 1 free video generation plus a 5-day reward streak unlocking 1, 1, 2, 2, and 3 additional generations. Each streak reward unlocks 24 hours after the last claim and resets if more than 48 hours pass without a claim. Templates, captions, built-in system AVSpeech voices, background music, 10–60s durations, up to 4 variants, and watermark-free MP4 exports are available on the Free tier.
• Money Printer Turbo Pro: Active Pro subscribers and free-trial users receive unlimited video generations and access to premium cloud TTS voice providers (ElevenLabs, Google Gemini, and Fish Audio).
• Billing & Auto-Renewal (StoreKit 2): Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via Apple StoreKit 2 at the price and frequency shown on the paywall. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad (or System Settings → Apple Account on Mac). Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your Content, Stock Footage & Commercial Use

You retain all rights you hold in the prompts, photos, screenshots, and video clips you provide. Subject to third-party stock media terms—including the Pexels License for Pexels stock videos—and applicable voice/AI provider policies, you may publish your exported MP4 videos on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Because AI outputs are generated probabilistically, we do not guarantee that generated scripts are unique, error-free, or copyrightable, and you are responsible for reviewing all scripts, captions, voices, and visuals before publishing.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Money Printer Turbo to create unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, non-consensual, harassing, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not impersonate real individuals without authorization or misrepresent AI-generated voiceovers where disclosure is required by law or platform rules.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass rate limits or entitlement checks on our backend services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Money Printer Turbo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Upstream AI script, cloud voice, or stock video services may experience occasional downtime or capacity limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fonovapplab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or exported media.
