Money Printer Turbo Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy governs Money Printer Turbo (internal identifier com.fonov.adforge.app, App Store ID 6804072257), published by fonovapplab ("we", "us", "our") for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It explains what data is processed when you generate AI short videos, how local video rendering protects your personal media, and your privacy choices.

2. AI Script Generation

When you enter a topic or prompt to create a video, the app sends your short topic description, selected template/tone, target duration (10–60 seconds), variant count, and target language to our backend API and AI language model provider to generate a structured script, scene breakdown, and stock video search keywords. Do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential information into video topic prompts.

3. Voice Synthesis (System & Cloud TTS)

• Free On-Device System Voices: When you choose a built-in system voice, speech synthesis is performed locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac using Apple's on-device AVSpeechSynthesizer framework.
• Pro Cloud Voices: When Money Printer Turbo Pro subscribers select a premium cloud voice, the script lines and voice selection are sent through our backend to the chosen third-party text-to-speech provider (ElevenLabs, Google Gemini, or Fish Audio) solely to return synthesized voiceover audio for your video.

4. Stock Video Queries (Pexels)

To match visual scenes to your script, Money Printer Turbo queries the Pexels API using scene keywords derived from your topic. Only search keywords and orientation/pagination parameters are transmitted for stock lookup. Stock footage is provided under the Pexels License and credited in the app.

5. On-Device MP4 Rendering & Personal Media

All video timeline composition, dynamic word-by-word caption rendering, audio mixing, and final 9:16 MP4 encoding happen locally on your device using Apple's AVFoundation framework. Any personal photos, screenshots, or video clips you choose to import from your device remain on your device during composition and are never uploaded to our servers.

6. Photo Library Permission (Add-Only)

Money Printer Turbo requests Photo Library Add-Only permission only when you save an exported MP4 video to your Camera Roll / Photos app. We do not scan, index, or upload your Photo Library. When you optionally pick personal clips to include in a timeline, selection is handled via Apple's system picker so the app only receives access to the specific items you choose.

7. Anonymous Product Analytics & Diagnostics

We collect strictly allowlisted, anonymous product telemetry (such as screen views, template/duration selection counts, render success or failure events, and paywall/streak interactions) to maintain reliability and fix bugs. We never log free-text prompts, generated scripts, personal file paths, contacts, or secrets in analytics. We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA), do not track you across third-party apps or websites, and never sell your data.

8. Subscriptions & Purchases (StoreKit 2)

Money Printer Turbo Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit 2. We do not receive your payment card numbers, billing address, or Apple Pay details. Apple provides signed transaction and entitlement status so the app can unlock unlimited generations and Pro cloud voices and support Restore Purchases.

9. Data Retention & Local Storage

Your video projects, cached stock clips, and rendered MP4 files are stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Transient backend requests for script generation and cloud TTS are processed in real time to fulfill your request. Support emails sent to us are retained only as needed to resolve your inquiry and meet legal or accounting obligations.

10. Your Rights & Contact

You can manage device permissions anytime in iOS/iPadOS Settings or macOS System Settings, delete local projects directly inside the app, and request access or deletion of any support correspondence by contacting privacy@fonovapplab.com or support@fonovapplab.com.
