The app, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by fonovapplab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fonovapplab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
